Сделать команду !nominate в виде дополнительной платной услуги на сервере стоимость 100-200 руб/мес (цена опциональна). Сделать 3 уровень VIP - Super-Puper VIP (название опционально), в который будет входить возможность использовать команду !nominate. Возможность покупать доступ к команде !nominate в !shop.
